The Worship Leader works under the supervision of the Lead Pastor to develop Spirit-led and
engaging praise time during our weekend services. This position requires a constant posture of
humility, discernment, and teachability. The Worship Leader must be passionate about creating
inviting and engaging atmospheres for worshippers to encounter Jesus, be excited about
building and maintaining teams, and have good interpersonal skills to work with many people
from different backgrounds to accomplish the mission and vision of Central Ministries as
established by the Lead Pastor.

Salary commensurate with experience.
