• Launched new live stream mix. Disparity between music, sermon, and videos noted at 9am service. Fixed in 11am service.

• Possible small power surge resulted in sync drop on Camera 3, and we were not able to use that camera for 9am service.
• Sync issue fixed between services. Camera 3 operational for 11am.
• Two reports of louder/heavier bass and low end than normal, one at each service. SPL levels were within spec.
• Volume drop observed in the Gathering Space during 9am service. Disparity between music and sermon and videos. Attempted to fix for 11am.

• Resolved an issue where the vocal mic signals were not aligned with the rest of the instruments in the live stream mix.

Explanation: In our Dante system alone (which is the system our audio belongs to), there are a ton of different pathways audio flows through and can be directed and processed. After searching all possible places where delay can be inserted, I found a delay instantiated on a wireless mic as well as on one wired mic. This was buried in the Outport section of the Setup section in the CL5 console. The delay was originally instantiated on those outports because those particular channels used to be the Gathering Space outputs, and I had to delay the signal to match with the video that was being shown live out there. However, when we redid our Dante patching first of the year, those channels changed to the direct outputs that feed our live stream  for those mics. The delay was unknowingly left on.
